Dallas will discuss both how to (1) preserve challenges to several types of errors for appellate review and (2) prevent common errors that can impact your ability to pursue or defend an appeal. This presentation will cover errors that can occur at all stages of litigation, will discuss the most relevant statutory authority and caselaw, and provide helpful practice tips.
