Topic: 2024 Rules Vote Forum: Proposed Disciplinary Rule Amendments

Texas lawyers are being called upon to exercise their right of self-governance by voting on 12 proposed rule changes to the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure. Voting will take place April 1-30, 2024, by paper and electronic ballot. This CLE presentation will explain each of the proposed changes and how they would affect the practice of law in Texas.
