Speaker: Lori A. Leu. Lori is a Certified Elder Law Attorney with Leu & Peirce, PLLC, based in Plano and serving the North Texas area. Lori’s elder law practice focuses on all legal issues affecting seniors and long-term care planning, including financing of long-term care, Medicaid planning, VA pension benefits, estate planning, contested guardianship and contested probate. Lori currently serves on the Council for the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
