Everyone has cognitive biases of all kinds, and your clients are no exception. This presentation will review various cognitive biases that may affect your clients’ perceptions during negotiations of their chances of obtaining all they are seeking, of the other side’s motives, and of the negotiation process. The speaker will also discuss ways in which attorneys can manage these biases and minimize their impact on negotiations
