TOPIC: AVOIDING MALPRACTICE IN A POST-PANDEMIC WORLD
The presentation will focus on ways that the Pandemic has affected the ethical practice of law, understanding breach of fiduciary duty and legal malpractice claims, avoiding conflicts, avoiding unintended clients, and the importance of putting advice to clients in writing.
