DISCUSSION WILL INCLUDE:
- How has practice in your court changed over the last two years? What things will you keep in place moving forward? Are other courts in your county handling things differently (if you know)
- Zoom Hearing Etiquette: Are remote hearings here to stay? What do lawyers need to know to make their life easier in remote hearings?
- What Works and Irks in presenting evidence in court? Whether live or by Zoom, what lessons do you have for practitioners in getting evidence in front of the judge or jury.
- (if time permits) How to interact with courtroom staff to make your life easier as an attorney
