TOPIC: RESIDENTIAL EVICTIONS - Evictions as the COVID-19 Pandemic Drags On
SPEAKER: Sam Johndroe
Sam Johndroe is the Managing Member of Johndroe Law, PLLC, in Fort Worth. Sam was born and raised in Fort Worth, and graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 2013, and from the Texas A&M University School of Law in 2017 magna cum laude. Sam’s practice includes a variety of real estate, collections, and consumer matters, but focuses primarily on landlord/tenant litigation. He handles both residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters, including (but not limited to) evictions for small landlords, eviction appeals, litigation arising under Chapters 92 and 93 of the Texas Property Code, litigation involving executory contracts for deed, and collection of delinquent rent. He has previously spoken on the topic of evictions.
