TOPIC:  Diversity, Inclusion, Equity: You Need to DIE on this Hill!

This CLE presentation will provide a high-level overview of the diversity, inclusion, and equity concepts, what they look like in practice, the value of DIE, and methods to increase DIE in our organizations. The presentation will also provide implicit bias training with explanations of the concept, illustrations of common implicit biases, and explanations of how implicit bias impacts DIE and overall functioning in our organizations. Finally, the presentation will provide an overview of the potential legal implications for organizations when implicit bias, discrimination, and harassment are left unaddressed.
