Eric will present Bill Pargaman's paper, "Guide to Executing Estate Planning Documents in Uncertain Times." Eric is Board Certified in both Tax Law and Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and the current Chair of the Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas.
