Join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, April 12, for “Morals From the Courthouse: A Study of Recent Texas Cases” presented by Dr. Gerry Beyer, Governor Preston E. Smith Regents Professor of Law for Texas Tech University School of Law.  Professor Beyer is a state and nationally recognized expert in estate planning, known for making any probate and estate planning topic entertaining.  He was inducted into the National Association of Estate Planning Council’s Estate Planning Hall of Fame in 2015.  Professor Beyer currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of the REPTL Reporter, the official journal of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.  The Estate Planning and Probate Section is delighted to welcome Professor Beyer to join us once again for this presentation.

This meeting is open to attorneys and CCBA members only.  We encourage attorneys to become members of the CCBA and the Estate Planning and Probate Section.
