Estate Planning/Probate Section Meeting
Please join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, July 13, 2018, and welcome our own Claire Schwarz of the Law Office of Claire Collins Schwarz as she discusses “What About Me – A Charities Perspective on the Estate Planning and Probate Process”. Ms. Schwarz will help us learn how to better plan for the inclusion of charities in estate planning documents and how to properly handle a charitable beneficiary in the probate process.
