Estate Planning/Probate Section Meeting
Join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, August 11, 2017, for a “Medicaid Update” presented by Lori Leu and Dianne Reis. Lori and Dianne will present on current Medicaid laws, eligibility requirements, and will discuss what services are currently provided by Medicaid in Texas. The presentation will further identify current issues Elder Law attorneys are facing with prior planning techniques and common case worker concerns. Lori and Dianne will also talk through the proposed legislative changes and the impact of those changes on public benefits.
