Please mark your calendars and plan to attend our Section meeting at Noon on Wednesday, June 15, 2016.  Our speaker this month will be Tom Kulik presenting on “Partly Cloudy with a Chance of Rain: Security, Privacy and E-Discovery Issues in Cloud Computing” and there's .25 ETHICS CREDIT included for this one!

Mr. Kulik will talk about cloud computing – the use of computing resources and services online – which has exploded in recent years. As a result, more clients (and lawyers) are using the “cloud” in their business…but how does this impact litigation practice? This presentation helps explain some of the legal issues presented by the “cloud”, and forecasts how litigators can weather the storm in the process.

The presentation will provide 1.0 hours of CLE credit with .25 hours of ethics included.
