Terri Green of T. Green Law, PLLC will present "The Mental Health Commitment Process." She will discuss the involuntary commitment process in Collin County for individuals with mental illness. Terri will cover issues such as knowing when a commitment process is appropriate, applying for and obtaining a Mental Health Warrant, the proof necessary for a warrant, and how the warrant is carried out. She'll also speak about Orders for Protective Custody and the procedures following.
