Estate Planning/Probate Section Meeting
Join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, December 8, for “Life Insurance Beneficiary Disputes” presented by Michael Young. Mr. Young practices civil litigation at the firm of Sanders, Motley, Young & Gallardo in Sherman, Texas. His focus is on business, estate, and life insurance disputes. As of November 2017, he has handled approximately 40 life insurance beneficiary disputes in state and federal courts throughout Texas.
